My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2019

There was a strike in Hong Kong today. Metro service was basically paralysed by 7:30 in the morning. The city was still in a orderly manner except occasional clashed between passengers who wants to go to work and citizens who block the train door or block the road. There were several assemblies in different part of the city. As sun sets, some protesters become violent and attacked police station, police used tear gas to disperse the crowd.
The clashes between policeman and protesters are saddening, it's basically two groups of youngsters of Hong Kong hurting each other, both physically and mentally. Most protesters and some citizens point their fingers at the government for being reluctant to people's demand for the complete withdrawal of the extradition bill which allows transfer of criminal suspect to other judiciaries including mainland China.The fear has now turned into rage and hatred towards police force. And has given rise to a bunch of radical people who would die for "Hong Kong Independence".
While the government has been silent most of the time, they did nothing to reduce The tension but merely condemning violence and radical protesters' attempt to create chaos in society.
