My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2019
Not a bad start to the week considering I’m a bit under the weather. Continuing the trend of walking to and from work really helps maximize the step count and also allows me more time to listen to podcasts and audio books.
Looking to break the 30k mark at some point this week and looking to get my weekly total up above 150k steps. What are your weekly goals?

Wow, that some great goals!
I practice TKD so it is not easy for me to set such goals, but when I decide to loose these extra 5 kilos I will do some extra walking/running/aerobics!
