With the week winding down it’s important to stay focused, the dreary skies of Shanghai don’t make it easy.
A long day which turned into night spent in the office. Happy I was still able to get almost 15k steps. If I can be stuck in the office and still get 15k, then you don’t have an excuse. Let’s finish the week strong
