My Actifit Report Card: April 13 2019 - Shopping and dancing
Today was an active day. I went shopping at “the Big Mall” (Mall of America) with one of my daughters. We got quite a few steps in just hitting the stores we wanted, since they always seem to be on the opposite side of the mall from wherever you are.
Then in the evening my husband and I went with some friends to see a local band that plays awesome cover songs — everything from Fleetwood Mac to Adele. I danced to a few songs, which was great fun. I wished all of my friends were really into dancing because it was stellar exercise, but they were more into just listening to the music. But all in all it was a great day!

I don't know how people can hear great dance music and NOT DANCE! I just can't do it. And it is really great exercise.
I know, right? I should have just stayed out on the dance floor on my own! It was that kind of music and that kind of place where it wouldn't have mattered. But we were having too much fun talking!
For a minute there I thought you were the one on stage doing the singing. 😂😂😂 Great fun. Your friends were not dancing because they may be shy. Now that's not something you see in my country. We love dancing, everybody dances, sometimes we don't even understand what is been sang because it's not in your language but as long as it has beat the is irresistible to the feet, you've got to dance.😂😂😂😂

Ha! I wish that was me on stage. I love to sing, but due to a lack of range (or talent) I only sing in the shower!
