Today I logged over 7,800 steps. Much of the day was spent in the office. But I visited a job-site during my lunch break and got some steps in while walking around the helicopter plant. After work I came home and mowed the lawn. This was where I got most of my steps. It’s the 2nd mow of the season, and one of the last times I will ever use the gas powered lawn mower. I decided to buy a mechanical reel mower (American 1815-18 model) which will arrive sometime at the end of May. I think it’s stupid to walk around breathing the fumes of a gas engine while you mow your lawn. It will be much more difficult to cut with a powerless mower, but I’m excited to give it a try!
