My Actifit Report Card: August 10 2019

Hi everyone! I just want to share how I reach my activity count today. It started with walking going to office. Supposedly we do not have work during weekend but I need to render overtime to meet some deadline. I took the other road to look for coconut juice which takes me a bit farther than usual. At the office, I often walk to get prints, some hot water or going to CR. Once every hour, I take some rest by just walking or roaming around, visiting my workmates who also rendered overtime. At around 5pm, I walked home, got some nap and eat dinner after. That's how I got my activity count. Ti'l next time guys. Thank you and GOD bless everyone. Happy actifitness!
