간만에 편백나무 베개로
목 마사지를 해보았다.
목 관리를 자주 해줘야 하는데
잊고 있었다.
밤에 뒤늦게 생각나서
얘를 방바닥에 놓고 누워서
목을 좌우로 움직인다.
목 근육에서 뚜둑거림을 느낄 수 있었다.
목이 시원해졌다.
이 좋은 걸 왜 안했을까?
