실외 공기가 너무 안좋아서
올해 처음으로 마스크를 사서 썼다.
마스크는 견딜만하지만,
안경에 김이 끼는 게 불편하다.
앞이 잘 보이지 않는다.
불편하더라도 당분간 이렇게 지내야지.
미세먼지는 언제 줄어들까?
해결은 가능할지 의문스럽다.
실외 운동은 당분간 기약이 없다.
실냐에서 요가라도 해야지.
