My Actifit Report Card: August 3 2018

This time I was not able to break my own record which is more than 7k activity count, but still I enjoyes the day. Again as I always do, I dance dance dance and did some walking. I also did my house chores but no extra travelling and running.

@joshvel tracked today a total of 4110 moves/activity via Actifit Fitness Tracker.
This involved performing activity related to Dancing, House Chores, Jogging, Running, Walking
