저도 요즘 프로미스팀 미션 때문에 운동이라기 보단 그냥 10000~15000보 걷기 하고 있는데, 안 하려다 하니 쉽지가 않더라고요 ㅎㅎ 매일 좀 해야겠어요.

만보 걷기 여간 힘든게 아닌데 대단하시네요
화이팅입니다

저도 이제 추운 겨울이 왔으니까 운동을 시작해야겠어요...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 그리고 내년 여름에 짠!!
