My Actifit Report Card: December 6 2018
11.5k steps completed today and that's pretty good considering no more station walks. Lunch has been healthier this week so helps my goal of losing weight ang getting to target weight of 75 kg. If i can only stop snacking. I think i will have to go back to no snack purchases going forward. Plenty of walk in the office to different floors helped cross 10k.
