My Actifit Report Card: January 8 2019
All day at work and I am back to doing nearly 12k steps. The good thing at work is that in order to go and talk to different teams, that are usually on different floors, i end up completing a lot of steps. The whole week is like that except Thursday, so this should be a good week.
