My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2019
Today I went to the gym and just upped the speed to 9kmph. Ran for 30 minutes to finish 4.5km. Could have run 5k but had to get off. I realised I was for no reason not pushing myself and then when I did today, I could easily run for 30 minutes at 9kmph. The mind can really create a psychological barrier and willpower can help overcome it. 5k steps walking during breaks and 6k during and after gym.
