    Περπάτημα γύρο απο το γραφείο ποσο μπορείς να κάνεις;;;
    Το προσπάθησα αλλά 5000 δε τα φτάνω... ασε ππυ νομίζω οτι δε μετράει σωστα...

    Είχα κάνει τα 3000 με το τρεξιμο της ημερας και τα υπολοιπα 2000 στο ελλειπτικο. Ειμαι και πιασμενη απο τη χτεσινη προπονηση και το τερματισα ..
    Γιατί λες δε μετραει; Πες μου λίγο τη συσκευη σου (εδώ η discord)

      Samsung A5... το λέω γιατί το πρόγραμμα της samsung λέει ότι έκανα 6000 βήματα και η εφαρμογή αυτή 3500 πχ...
      Και πιστεύω οτι τα έχω κάνει τα βηματα... τι ναπω...
      Όπως κι να έχει δεν τα φτάνω... γι'αυτό έχω καιρο να κανω ποστ...
