My Actifit Report Card: August 10 2019
Went on an incredible hike! I can fully say I’m fat adapted now! I went for a 4 mile run this morning too. In addition to 6 miles of hiking! My face seems to be sliming too! I can’t wait to start dying my hair again and so I can look my absolute best
