My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2019
Hey Actifitters and Steemians,
I went for early morning walk today and spent a long at that because I didn’t need to go to the office early today since I needed to drive a relative that was traveling to the eastern part of the country today to the bus terminal. That journey made me decide to take a different route when I go for my evening walk.
The afternoon was so hot, in fact the hotness started around 10am because the sun had already come up then. I didn’t so much movement during the afternoon I can’t remember how many bottles of water I drank but I know it was a lot.
For the evening walk I decided to take a walk on the inner streets and avoid the major roads which have started becoming boring to me. In the inner streets there were a lot of things to see and less cars to observe. It was quite entertaining to and it didn’t seem to me that I was walking for a long time. I think I’ll continue to try more of these routes.
