My Actifit Report Card: March 3 2019

Hey Actifitters and Steemians,

I went for early morning church service with my family and there were loads of dancing activities but not like the one in the video below. Lol. It is the first Sunday of the month so loads of things to be thankful for. Sometimes when you hear the number of killings and violence going on and you see yourself alive without any scratch, you just have to be thankful because life is not cheap, once it is gone it is gone, what is left of you is just memories of when you were here, so live your life to the fullest.

Lunch was great we had rice, vegetable and grilled chicken after that I spent watching a movie “Aquaman” with my son. This wasn’t a cartoon but normal human science fiction stuff that had to do with Atlantis.

I went for a walk in the evening, just a stroll to nowhere in particular, just enjoying the sites and the fresh air. I guess I’ll say that was a wrap for me.

Here is a dance music video I dedicate to @crypt-skip, @blueeyes8960 and other actifitters that have dancing as one of their activities. Although, I doubt you guys can shake your behind the way they do it on this video. Lol. Hope you enjoy it.
