My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2019
Had a great day today, I had a lesson this morning then managed to get some lunch and watch tv before heading of to my driving lesson and then the gym. I got my steps from walking to and from the college and then back from the gym although I accidentally got the wrong bus. It was parked where my normal bus was and there was no number. It was only 15 minute walk detour so I go some extra steps.
My diet is going well however I’m allowing myself one sugary treat a day because it wouldn’t make much of a difference if the rest of my diet is strict.
