오늘은 휴일이라 헬쓰장을 짬 날 때 마다 갔습니다. 러닝 머신 경사 7도, 시속 5.8km/hr로 몇 차례 파워 워킹을 하니 이만보가 넘어가네요. 러닝 머신이 경사 조건, 시속 그리고 투입 시간에 따라 소모되는 칼로리 예측치가 나오니 체중 관리 하는 데 큰 도움이 되네요. 예를 들어 회식이 있어 많이 먹는 날은 감안해서 러닝머신 투입시간을 추가하여 칼로리 소모량을 늘립니다. 러닝 머신 강추합니다.
