요세 운동을 위해 걷기를 시작했는데
시간이 부족해서 지금처럼 저녁이나 아침저녁으로 출퇴근 을 차를 타지 않고 걸어다닙니다.
그런데 살이 더 찌는것 같네요.
배고파서 먹는양이 많아 지는것이 문젠가 봅니다.
그런데 역시 배고프네요.
그것 때문인것 같지만 이건 좀 힘들어서요.
그래도 밥맛도 좋아지는 순기능도 있으니 만족해야겠죠.
