비가 오락가락 하는 하루였습니다. 왠지 기분이 처져서 저녁 운동을 쉴까 했지만, 그러다가 더 우울함에 빠질 것 같아 억지로 밖으로 저녁 운동을 나갔네요. 근육 운동을 하고 들어오니 기분이 한결 밝고 가볍습니다. 가끔은 게으른 나를 억지로 깨워서 움직이게 할 필요도 있습니다.
