My Actifit Report Card: maart 4 2019
I had a busy day. Aas most of the days, I started with a wake up walk early this morning.
After that, I did some paperwork en house chores.
Since it is one week school vacation in my country and my son is a really active kid, I took him on a long walk this afternoon. This turned out to be more stressful than I thought. Walking with a 5 year old isn't relaxing at all.
I decided to walk away the stress of today with another walk on my own around the neighborhood. This time, it worked. I feel much better now and ready to go to bed.
