In the morning when I walk through the road, the morning wind refreshed my mind and body. Also, in the morning, I was doing my exercise & yoga. Everyday's exercise & yoga is keeping our body & mind healthy. In the evening, I go to the market to buy some delicious & heavy food & fresh fruit, which is very important for our good health. To keep your body healthy, there is no substitute for exercise & the easiest exercise is walking. There are many benefits to walking in the morning.
