My Actifit Report Card: August 8 2019
When my body is finally getting the hang of it, it is ready for more pain (apparently that's what most trainers say)
Today I managed to push just a tiny bit further by lifting my leg even higher, closer to my chest / parallel to waistline (for side lifts) even if I wobble a bit.
Pull up dips are much better this round as my body slowly adjusts to balancing.
I'm pretty happy with my double leg lifts this round and I hope I can take one tiny step even closer to proper workout.
But this I can assure you are easy peasy for military trainings.
They'd probably 🙈 and shake their heads.
Why?
The most recent series of
영국남자 (Yeong Gu Nam Ja) twin series showing Korean commando training on JUST THE WARM-UP circuit (YES! You heard me right, warm-up only) is 100x far much harder with speed and endurance, and hanging vertical leg lifts was one of them.

(with a lot of laughter too. 영국남자 is my favourite non Christian channel haha)
