Actifit Report [06/12/2018]: Calisthenics, 3 Km Running (12 Mins), Indoor Climbing (Bouldering) [TESTING AGGRESSIVE MODE]

Today I have tested "Aggressive" mode in the app. Allegedly it calculates points better. I, indeed seem to have acquired more points but it also assured me that the app counts spacial movements not actual steps. To count actual steps it would need GPS connection and distance measuring.

Today's workout was:

  • Pushups. 4 sets x 30 reps.

  • Abdominal. 4 sets x 30 sit-ups + 30 Fingers To Toes.

  • 5 mins (total) x handstand practice (4 rest breaks).

  • 1 hour break. Walking around the house.
  • 3km Running . Total Time: 12 mins.

  • 30 mins of indoor climbing: bouldering (See the photo of climbing centre).

  • Walking back home.
