More snow on the ground! This is unprecedented for the Pacfici Northwest. I was able to do my Gorilla Bow workout and follow that with 33 minutes on my Spirit xe295 elliptical machine. Since I I Today’s Gorilla Bow workout using Dr John Jaquish’s week 16 workout 2b.

I am not going to show them off, but I have taken some before and after photos of my shoulders from February 23 until today. There is quite an impressive bit of change.

390 lbs on Bow Week 16 Workout 2b
-Dead Lift 7x390 hold 25 seconds then 5 second holds diminishing range of motion
10x390 stiff leg, upper range
-Chest Row 6x160 hold 30 second then 5 second holds to fatigue
-Chest Row 6x 160 supinated
-Bicep Curls 7x60 hold 30 seconds then 5 second holds diminishing range of motion to fatigue
-Bicep curls 7x60 limited upper range
-Heel Raises 17x160 5 second holds w/shoulder shrugs

I give my YouTube vlogs the main title of "Fitness Over 60." It is my goal to build a community of like minded riders whose purpose is to get and stay active and fit into their senior years. At 60, I see myself as just entering those years. I am not as fit as I would like to be, but neither am I trying to become a superstar athlete. I am becoming more fit all the time with:
-Regular cycling,
-Elliptical exercises
-Frequent resistance training (#mygorillabow, @gorillabow) and
-Ketogenic/Intermittent Fast eating
are the main elements to my fitness plan.

I think it's a great tool. I use a workout protocol developed by Dr John Jaquish for his x3 bar (actually, I just purchased it too). It is a pretty extreme workout but just 10 minutes a day, 6 days per week.
The Gorilla Bow is capable of doing his complete protocol and is less money. I am getting the x3 bar mostly because it seems right since I use Jaquish's protocol, and because it would be slightly easier travel with.

Nice.. im gonna check it out the x3 bar. Its a new breakthrough fitness equipment.
