My Actifit Report Card: September 15 2018

Wow it a hot today. The pavement that I was walking on was asphalt meaning that it drew the sun in. Being in the 90s only made it worse. I was sweating a great deal of there. I only was able to get 8000 steps in, short of the 10000 goal. Tomorrow is another day.
