My Actifit Report Card: November 30 2018
Hi there,
It was a good sunny day of walking today, starting with running errands, followed by going to an agriculture and horticulture exhibition event which was an hour away out of the city. It was a whole lot of walking from one exhibition hall to another to look at farm animals, fish displays, nurseries and farm shops.
After all that walking, it was dinner time at a mall nearby as we waited for the traffic to subside, and more walking .
