My Actifit Today: May 14 2019
The day started with walking around the kitchen, preparing breakfast. Today’s breakfast was, you guessed it, warm oats with a dash of honey and some toppings of raisins, crushed Nature Valley breakfast bars, grind seeds and pumpkin seeds.
Then, at work, I took the stairs instead of the lift and somewhere in between, I walked to the post office and while waiting for my turn, I just walked round and round in the post office. That was a good 30 minutes of walking around and round in the waiting area space.
Back home, I walked in the carpark, a couple of rounds before continuing my walk in the kitchen to prepare for dinner. If you are wondering why do I walk in the carpark, well, outside is too hot to walk and the carpark is convenient 😄. The carpark is hot too but it is not scorching sun hot. It has been a hot couple of days or weeks with no rain and today, it was raining but it looked like mist:
