One Big Day Today and One Left!

I've been smashing the walking hitting a steady 14 - 20km per day for the last 7 days. It's been really tough as it's not something my body was used to.

The hardest parts so far have to be the muscular ache throughout my legs

Thanks! I actually posted this waaayyy sooner than I wanted to, I accidentally hit post on the @actifit phone app and there was no confirmation popup so it cut me short! Plus I was so tired from such a long day that I couldn't be bothered editing :P

Last day is today and it's the biggest, wish me luck my friend!
