Nice ! I've been doing at least 10,000 steps every day, so I've been consistent, but I do not know if I can handle these resistance challenges haha
Thank you. I achieve this counts because, besides studying, I work as a waiter at a Restaurant from 18h pm. to 1h am., so its easy to get this number of counts. That dosen't mean I don't feel tired every day!
Cool, I already did a lot of trekking when I was younger. Now I'm starting to get used to it again with long walks, I think I can go to the challenge!
