My Actifit Report Card: março 4 2019
Hello #Actifiters!
Today’s entry for my #actifit daily report goes as follows:
Morning:
I woke up at 8:30;
Acomplished my morning ritual which for now consists of having a big glass of water as the first thing I do in the morningand having a great breakfast!
Took a quick bath and walked to school.
- Afternoon:
- I had lunch at 13:00.
- I had classes during the afternoon;
- Evening:
- I had dinner at 18:30.
- I spent the rest of the day working in the Scala Caffe in Viana do Castelo, Portugal!

Resuming the Day:
Today it was kind of productive. I didn’t have much time for my personal tasks given my school and work schedules. Still I keep counting!
Weekly goal:
Wake up at 7:00 for 7 days:
Monday: X (9:30)
Tuesday: X (8:30)
Wednesday: X (9:00)
Thursday: X (9:00)
Still failing to achieve my daily challenge. Still I am trying to impose this habit and I am not quiting!
