My Actifit Report Card: março 12 2019
Hello #Actifiters!
Today’s entry for my #actifit daily report goes as follows:
- Morning:
I woke up at 8:30;
Acomplished my morning ritual which for now consists of having a big glass of water as the first thing I do in the morningand having a great breakfast!
Took a quick bath and started studying for school!
- Afternoon:
- I had lunch at 13:00.
- I pickedy 16 months dauther from school at 14:00, and I spent the rest of the day with her;
- Evening:
- I had dinner at 20:00; - I spent the rest of the evening watching a movie with my daughter [Mune: Guardian of the Moon];
Resuming the Day:
Today was exceptionally fun. I dadocated almost all day to my daughter. Tomorrow is another day to get back on track!
Weekly goal:
Wake up at 7:00 for 7 days:
Monday: X (9:00)
Tuesday: X (8:30)
Still failing to achieve my daily challenge. Still I am trying to impose this habit and I am not quiting! I am getting closer to the 8:00 wake up time milestone. Which isn’t in itself a bad score given I get out of work after 1:00 am. Still trying and getting better!
