I am no Talkative nor is the ability to write lengthy blogs That's why every day I write aprox same wording.

You’re very much welcome @masoom. And hi. About writing, you basically just tell the story of how your day went with your workout. Tell what you did either in summary or be detailed about it. And you can add how you think and feel about your day. Proper writing consists of introduction or opening, the body, and conclusion. I hope that helps. Reading others reports surely helps as well. My advice is just to read more actifit report cards and comment. The reading and interacting helps alot. Im also not overly talkative and try to just tell a little bit about my day and my activities..kind of like making it a cross between a ulog and report card. Hope this helps. Great job also. Much love 💖💖💖
