My Actifit Report Card: September 8 2019 || The power of Visitation
Visitation is an attribute of God.
Indeed I’m glad to post my Actifit Fitness exercise for today, you may also want to know what and what that took place today, from my title you could be able to guess something.
Today is Sunday and it’s best day for which I utilize visiting friends and loved ones.
Visitation is a lovely and friendly act that creates bond in relationships, it’s a way to lift one another through love and care.

And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost: And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb. And whence is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy. Glad that I was able to visit some friends today which I exercised myself from the process.
