Day 3 of eating healthy
A few days ago I noticed that I've put on a bit of weight, I went from 175lbs to 184lbs in 2 months, so, I decided to nip it in the butt.
My goal is to reach 169LBS by April.
My plan for this diet is to eat mostly plant-based whole foods with as little fat as possible.
This morning I weighed myself and I'm already down to 182LBS.
