My Actifit Report Card: November 29 2018

This morning's sunset provided a beautiful view and photo op. I walked the boulevard for over an hour. This afternoon some jogging and walking on our property and this afternoon back down to the boulevard for sunset. Later we had dinner with friends.

After dinner we took everyone for an ice cream cone.

        The photo in the report is after dinner when we took the kids for some ice cream. At a different restaurant we had bulalo which is a soup made with beef broth and vegetables, also grilled tuna, chicken amd rice. Real fruit smoothie to drink.
