My Actifit Report Card: December 3 2018
Like most every morning I got by 3 and went to watch the sunrise by 5:30. I walked for about an hour on the boulevard while the sun was rising. I spent the day with my family. Monday evenings I meet with local pastors for worship Bible study, prayer and a meal. The rest of the days working in the yard and just daily routine.
