My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2019

I spent the day pretty much with my wife as she is leaving for Canada soon.
I went in the mountains during sunrise. My heel is hurting some, so I am taking it easy. I delivered two bags of rice, paid for by steem to two very poor households. No photos of the homes or the people to keep from embarrassing anyone. You know the timing for these households, with many small children, was good as they opened the bags immediately and began to cook.
It is great to be alive and I am thankful for Steemit for the ability to help these precious people.

Today I was able to take some pictures of the sunrise, now I upload them ... the difference is that I live in the apartment and the great sunrise scene is between 2 buildings :( but it looks good.
