Because I have me phone with me anyway, I use the Spotify playlist Running to Rock 170-190 BPM. Always good music!
lol might try that ive got spotify and some headphones - running to rock hmm might look for some strolling bones music lol
Great job :) and to answer your question... yes and no. There are times when I like to pump up the volume on some good tunes (the style depends on the space I'm feeling within myself) and there are times when I prefer to tune into my surroundings <333

naw i try to just not think and like j85063 listion to surroundings. when my brain wont turn off it;s usually about crypto though
i walking time mostly like listens to music indian filmy song .
