Planning on taking a holiday sometime this year maybe around August. Thinking about going somewhere where they have really good diving, is kid friendly and maybe even has some surf.
I once watched a doc on Nat Geo Wild and Bali, Indonesia is the place in focus. The “Island of the Gods,” is how they described the place. I've never been there but it is something you should have a look at. Standard count today, we hope for 10k morrow. Lol.
Love your snorkeling outfit! You're all ready to go as soon as you find the perfect spot. I don't really have a recommendation. The only place I've ever snorkeled was Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark-Ray Alley in the barrier reef off of Belize. It was beautiful, but maybe not so much kid friendly.
