Hello Steemians,
I hope your all enjoying your day.
Yesterday I forgot to post , opps! Ah well.
Today I had work .

After work I did my push-ups for seven77 and went for a walk with my eldest daughter.

It’s been great taking walks lately . There have been a few times that we would normally have used the car and instead decided to walk .

I will keep pushing .
