My Actifit Report Card: March 14 2019
Hello Steemians,
Had to go to the shops a couple of times for work today . One time I had to bring back 25kgs of cheese . For some reason I thought I could carry it the 1km back to work .
I made it but it took a lot out of me , probably was a bad idea. Ah well.
In the afternoon I took the kids for a walk up the hill and did my push-ups.
We also saw some goats and watched them for a bit before heading back.
