My Actifit Report Card: July 8 2019
Day 78 in a row 🚣
Smashed out a quicky on the spinning bike to clock some kms and hit my 10k Actifit target. On 5 workouts in 8 days of the month, and 38.8 kms for the month so far - hoping to hit 300kms for the month.
Managed to do:
- 12.1 km indoor cycle
Total workout kilometres for the year so far: 327 kms
