5.4km indoor cycle, approximately 11min 41 secs.
Day 2 of 30 day Easy Full body Challenge. It's pretty easy. Some squats, plank, triceps dips, jumping Jack's and alternating superman's. Very few of each and took me under 4 mins to complete. But it's to get me into the habit again.
