My Actifit Report Card: September 6 2019
Busy busy day. Tried to attempt a run but it was almost 40 degrees today. Got n 3kms of interval training and gave up. The heat gt the best of us.
Then shopping and hit the beach with the little lady and Mr smarty pants. Get together with friends the eve. So all in all a great day for Actifit.
