My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2019
My actifit steemit friends. I was quiet for a few days to rebuild my bandwidth. Newbies have to be careful with posting :)
Anyway, I did some dancing and walking. My feet tell the story and the numbers don’t lie. Singing and dancing are great forms of exercise. Instead of winding yourself up to exercise - integrate it into your daily activity. Skip the elevator and escalator for a couple floors. Park that car and walk to the supermarket if possible. Don’t drive to the carnage can or laundromat. You’d be surprised. Your heart will thank you for it. I went to see some live painting , dropped some legs to some oldies but goodies . I feel good! Let’s keep it moving! Oh, I’m rocking a sample of a brand I’m trying to build- art done by my sister ! Still thinking about the name.
