My Actifit Report Card: May 9 2019
So I missed my fitness exercise yesterday, It rained all night, and as you know, I usually take my walks at night. I was so pissed, and obviously what kind of exercise will that look like. So, there I was, all kitted up and waiting for the last drop of rain to fall before I stepped out, but the rain just wouldn't stop, so i thought, if you ccant go out, why not just do push ups and get it over with, so I began my push-ups, to my amusement and dissapointment, I had only done 40 pushups without the actifit app counting it. Not that the app wouldn't work, but I forgot to actually hold the phone as I was going down, I mean, how do I prostrate with my phone in my hand?
By the time I tried again, this time with my phone in my pocket, at the 20th push, I was already totally exhausted, and guess what count my actifit app showed me? Just guess...guess now.....just try....lol I'm not saying.
So just as you might have figured, my fitness exercise ended there.
What a short story.
I'm glad today wasn't so anyway, I had a cold evening walk with my ears plugged jamming High and Low by Empire of the Sun. I made 7000 steps and few extras, glad to be back on track.
