My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2018
I kind of took it easy today because my foot has really been hurting since I woke up and I don't know why. It may just be to much activity lately. In any case I decided to skip my walk and just do a good core work out while babying my foot as much as possible.
My foot was feeling much better by the afternoon so I figured I would do a little bit of work on my fence. I worked on that for a lil over a hour before my foot started throbbing and I hobbled inside. I think I will try to stay off my feet as much as possible tomorrow if my foot still hurts.
Anyhow, that was it for my activity today. I took the picture below while I was smoking a bowl to help with the pain.
The smoke was lit up by the sunlight shining thru the window and made our tree look really cool so I thought I would share it with all my steemit friends..
