Hey friends,
It was another day of training for me, it started with my morning 4 mile walk with my dog and then I did a 3.1 mile (5k) run in 22:38, Im pretty happy with my consistancy on times.
Those were enough steps to get me an automatic win.
After that did a workout but that was really it for my activity because it was raining on and off all day.
I noticed my actifit app doesnt work when I have youtube on so I lost quite a few steps before realizing that.
Anyhow, catch ya on the flipside :0)
